Conference fee
Conference fee for a regular participant is 300 EUR. It will cover:
- Conference expences (conference materials and lecture rooms)
- Excursion on Thursday June 11 (from 8.30 to 16.00): Gammelstad, Storforsen, Arctic Circle (with delivery of certificate on crossing), Sami people museum in Jokkmokk. Travel (bus), guide, breakfast, lunch and entrance fees are included.
- Banquet on Tuesday
- Lunch every day
- Coffee with sandwich or snack two times a day
Conference fee for accompanying person is 200 EUR. It will cover all of the above listed items except "conference expences".

The preferred method of payment is by a single bank transfer, but we also accept cash payment on place in Luleå. Please follow the instructions below.

In the case you cannot transfer the money via bank you can pay in cash at the registration desk in Lulea on Monday June 8 2009. Neither cheques nor credit cards can be accepted. Only the currencies EUR, USD and SEK are accepted.
